The reason I ask is just because I've been hearing a lot about people who meditate before blazing. Does anyone here meditate before hand?

I meditate while Im high, it really enhances the experience. Usually I lay down and just clear my mind of everything, it's a really pleasent (SP?) feeling.

When the weather is nice, mostly summer, I sit for an hour each morning with a cup of coffee and a bud and just relax. It makes me feel content.
The closest I get to meditating is sometimes I will put my headphones on and listen to some TooL, or Deftones, and mind trip.

To address the topic, I find its more soothing, sometimes the high can come on rather quickly and I'll focus on my heartbeat or whatever. But when I stretch and/or meditate before during or after, my body and mind feels soothed and the herb such takes my head away from there.
