Meditating Before Blazing

The reason I ask is just because I've been hearing a lot about people who meditate before blazing. Does anyone here meditate before hand?

And how does this effect the high? or What is it good for?

I meditate while Im high, it really enhances the experience. Usually I lay down and just clear my mind of everything, it's a really pleasent (SP?) feeling.

When the weather is nice, mostly summer, I sit for an hour each morning with a cup of coffee and a bud and just relax. It makes me feel content.

The closest I get to meditating is sometimes I will put my headphones on and listen to some TooL, or Deftones, and mind trip.

Ugh I LOVE TOOL and the Deftones when i'm high! And I agree, when im high and I listen to music I just space out completely, its such a surreal experience.
