partyguys partying days may be coming close to dieing...

last night, me my homie, and my girl deside to all go get some beer, so we buy a case of coors light bottles... and a 40 oz of 211 steel reserve...so we split the case up between the 3 of us,(not alot... but when all you ate that day was som beef jerky and 2 pops, and you drink beer like me and my girl, its enuogh to get ya going) and around 1:30 am, me and the old lady deside its time for us to head back over to shag shack... cause we are feelin quite alright... and im ready for some tight pussy... and we are about a block from a short cut to my house... and all of a sudden we see this car drive past us, and stop, and im like shit babe, its the under covers, run, and i see the window roll down, i was just like shit its little K.C. and jump in the front seat, and grab the 40, take a big gulp off it, and handed it to him, he takes a drink, hands it back to my women, and hes like shit thats the piggys back there, so he runs the stop sign and gets on the highway, and we drive down the road, and turn around, go back into to town, and all of a sudden, the tight chunk of ass has to pee... so we stop by the bus barn, so she can piss, and me and my lil cusian finish all but one drink of the 40, and i was about ready to throw the back wash... and K.C grabs the bottle and drinks that, and i toss the bottle, and my girl is like you ass holes, and i was just like fuck you, it was my monney... now lets go bump around... and we get to the park, and all of a sudden, i see red and blue lights... and im sitting there trying not to pass, out, and i tell them my name is "billy roberts" first name real, last name was fake, but my moms last name is roberts... anyways, the fat fuck pig is sitting in the pig mobile... running our names.. and im like you guys, im running, im fucked if i get arrested... so i jump out of the car, and just start jogging, not even a full run... leaving my wallet, and cell phone in the car, and i hear him over the PA... billy trailor, i allready know your name, you may as well come back... but im just like fuck you you cock sucker... and i run, and jump in a pile of stickers bushes behind the local bar, and at this point if you drove by, you would of thought i was on meth, cause i was basicaly just sticking my head up, like a meth head... and then when i saw the cost was clear, im jumped back up, and ran threw this yard, and i got to the back yard, and relised they had just started building a fence, and so i go to jump the fence, i see a sybrian husky right as i had thrown my fooot over, and the dog grabs my fucking leg and starts pulling on me... so i kick it... and jump over the side fence to go threw the other yard, and i fall right between to fences... and i start running inbetween the 2 fences, and finaly get to the end... and start walking down the road... checked to see if the cop was still sitting there, and he wasnt, so i just ran all the way home, as fast as i could, (about a half mile first time ive ran that fast for that long in a while) and blah blah blah(basic mom and son yelling about me being drunk, and me riding around with a drunk monor in a "stolen" car, and the driver not having a drivers licence...

fall asleep for a hour, and i get woken up as my chunk of ass is climbing threw my window... telling me that my cusian ratted my ass out... ill take pictures of my face in the morning, and a picture of the wall i hit my head aginst... aperently trying to kill my self...

anyways... tomarow im going to turn my self in, and find out what trouble im in, and hopefuly, you guys will get to here me type this tomarow...

P.S. sorry for the long story... and i would have typed it out earlyier today, but i threw my keyboard in a fit of drunk trying to find a knife to kill them selfs rage...

if you guys want to know why i wanted to kill my self, ill post it latter on... its a long story by its self...

ok, to be able to live with my mom, i signed a paper, that said i wouldnt be out side after 6 PM... and that i would take random drug tests, and that anyone i hang out with alone, had to have a back ground check done first....ohh... and that if im with any girls, that they have to take a drug test, and i have to have some one over the age of 18 with me at all times.... and that i would stat out of trouble with any law inforcement officers...
or i get taken away from my mom and put in a foster home... so...

well... no one was 18... i was drunk... the car was "stolen"... i would not of passed a drug test... and 3/3 of the people in the car could pass for just misdominors on a back ground check, and 2-3 people in the car, would show up with more then one felony... and the remaining person, would have one felony on their record...

so i was basicaly fucked...

i got home, and i relised, that im going to have to go live in a foster home, and that i fucked over the living argenments for all of us, because my mom is still in a custady battle with my brother and sister... and if i fuck up, it fucks up my moms and brothers and sisters stuff to... and my mom is the only person that cares loves me... and my moms about the only person that i really love in this world.. and for me not to be able to even see my mom, let alone live with her, until im 18...would tear me up inside... and its to much for me to handle... so i basicaly, slamed my head threw a wall...countinuasly hit my head on another wall(directly were the stud is at) punched my self(with and with out brass knuckles) and then spent about 10 minutes looking for my carpenter knife to use the razor in it... and then i got the head spins, and passed out...

im not sure... but i think its just gonna be a misdominor...

my cusian is getting charged with MIC, driving with out proof of owner ship, proof of insurance, and without proof of drivers licence, and driving under the influance, or driving while intoxicated(i dont rember)

the girl didnt get chared with anything... ill find out tomarow... i will defently get charged with assult though...

I think some of you lot need to lay off this guy. Sure, I wont argue that breaking his probation, or whatever it is, getting busted and then running from the cops was pretty stupid, but the guy is young, and i dont know about you, but i made some quite silly mistakes in my youth.

I've punched a cop, and I only got a ticket.. (It was because the cop was in civil clothes, and hadn't identified himself.. It was in a middle of a huge fight, and he grabbed one of my mates.. I gotten charged with Assault & Battery for doing far less. All I did was push this guy and they charged me. Just a little push. It's almost unbelieveable how they can waste such time and resources. The guy wasn't hurt, but he was such a pussy.

My other assault & battery charge was against my brother. My girlfriend at the time called the police on me. He didn't want to charge me, but the since my state is a commonwealth, the state decided to press charges. The only reason I got off is my brother had to lie and say we went at each other at the same time.

Whereever you live, it must be a lot cooler than where I live.

Yup, I live in America.

Even those drug sentences seem light compared to here. I could imagine 500g of hash and 500 pills would land you in jail for at least 5 years in America, and that's being nice. Unless you have $$$$, then you could do anything.

I guess I could say I'm safer here. I couldn't imagine anyone getting away with rape or getting shot in this country, unless you have $$$$ of course.

you shouldnt have run away. only run away if there is something the cops dont know about yet. you would have gotten a drinking ticket had you not run away. that is probably between 50 and 150. running away was a huge huge mistake. you could have just been calm. i have been in a similar situation, except when we got pulled over we had all eaten an eigth of shrooms probably 45 minutes earlier, had more eigths sitting weighed out in the truck, and had weed on us. i just sat there quietly the whole time and the cop asked us if we had any dope on us i said no then they said theyd be searching me but never did. one kid got caught with his weed they found in the cab. mine was in my pocket. the point is we all got underage drinking tickets and that was it if you dont do stupid shit like running away you wont have to face shitty consequences. as for the drug test if you arent on probation they dont just drug test people then arrest them if the fail otherwise half the population would be in prison.
