I use to do that in college. I twisted the tobacco out and I put about 3-4 hits worth in the middle of the cigarette and put the tobacco on top, made getting out of class very enjoyable. A couple of times, someone smelled ganja and I was like "Are you crazy, can't you see I'm smoking a cigarette?" :D

THC is illegal. That is why even hemp is controlled. THC is why cannabis is illegal not the other way around.

Yeah, THC is the illegal substance found in marijuana. So that wouldnt exactly work. It would be a bad idea regardless though, because cigarette papers burn pretty fast.

Most seed sales aren't illegal here in Canada. The headshops don't sell them, but if you live in Canada and order from a Canadian seed bank, it gets to you with no problems.

THC is the substance found in the plants flowers (buds) and that is the thing that gets us high, without it, it would be legal, but, seeing as that it does have it, that is the reason why it is illegal, because of THC.
You should think before you post, try it, it may surprise you. ;)

And most cig filters are fiber glass. They'd filter out a small amount of THC, but hardly noticeable... but why waste any?
