Problem of mine....if you dont want to know dont read I NEED ADVICE

Before i post my problem i just made this quote "Life is so great, its as if im on top of the world. Yet i feel life is almost too great and im about to topple over."-Cameron Ray(wow reading that again its a horrible quote) anyways thinkin about that so ya heres my problem

ok well ive been going out with this girl for about a month now. She lives about 20-30 mins away (depends on time of day)and i cant drive so i see her about 1-2 times a week. She doesnt smoke,she will never go to my house, and her parents are gay when we are at her house. About the same time i started going out with Dawn(current gf) i met this girl named Jessica. Shes real cool shes a juinor, Dawn is a sohomore like me. She smokes, has a car, and always goes to my house, and she knows how i feel about her and i know how she feels about me but she hates that i have a gf. So ive done a lot of thinking and im gonna break up with Dawn. I'm just not sure how to do it, cuz i dont want to hurt her but of course im going to. I just wanna do it like nicely, and well frankly ive never dumped a girl i usually get dumped(pathetic ya). So well i just dont know how to do it to do it real nice. If you guys could give me some suggestions it would be greatly appriciated. Ya i know some of you right now are thinking "this guys an ass" or "stupid 15 year olds" but ya know what i dont need that, i just need some sincere(sp) help. and with a lot of my problems and others that ppl have posted i feel like u guys always help and are all really good at giving advice, so i wanted yours.

well it shoodnt matter whether er not she haz a car er smokez bud wit yah. u shoodnt base yer decision on thingz like that. if one ov them iz the girl fer u, u'll b wit her fer yer life, an im sure both ov u will end up havin carz an she will let yah smoke yer bud. that bein said, therez rlly nuttin else i can help yah wit. itz up 2 u to decide which girl u have stronger feelinz fer, thatz the one an only thing u shood b basin yer decision on. an one more thing, so wut if u can only c her a few timez a week, thatz more then enuff 2 keep a relationship goin. hahah now that i think ov it u sound juss like my buddy. hiz gf'z mom iz a proby officer so he hatez goin over there an she can never go 2 his house, an he alwyz complainz bout how she dunt like pot. i dunno how any1 can base a decision bout a relationship on pot. make sure u dunt hurt the 1 u break up wit when u do it, i mean dunt feel bad if shez sad er wutever, juss dunt go up an say itz over beeitch. anywayz, good luck penguin, i think yer a smart enuff guy ta make the rite choice here.

Its just more how i feel about them like i mean they both are real cool, but im just happier around jessica yet around Dawn im not happy cuz she always disses on me and stuff. Just be nice and respectful. Just ask her if you can have a talk, and just tell her. Thank her for the good times, and if it's possible remain friends.

Killas right you have to make that decision on your own if your happy with Dawn then stick with her but if your finding the seperation hard and you feel that you'd be happier with Jessica then that's the way it gonna have to be.

If you do choose to break up with Dawn then the only advice I could give you is to be totaly honest and tell her that you dont feel that that you are seeing enough of each other and that you've met someone else that you really like and just try and be as gentle as you possibly can with her about it.

But then it's all down to you on that. It's your decision. :)

tell her you dont like the distance and you want to be able to find someone you can be with more.. just like she should find someone she can see, too.

Penguin, I could tell you liked Jessica by the way you posted her pic 3 times. Go for the one you like the best. Life's too short. The other girl will get over it. You broke up with her in a good way, in my opinion, you did the right thing, little Pengi.

It sounds like you did it all right, and I'm sure Dawn will get over it. You're not choosing life-partners at 15, no matter how intense it gets.

(And on that matter, I recommend you wait a good long while. My cousin got married when she was 18. Ten years later she was divorced with two kids. At 18, her parents thought it was too soon for her to marry. At 28, she had learned to agree with them.)

For future reference, here are my rules for ethical break-ups:

1. Break up before you go looking around. Don't string someone along while you establish a relationship with someone else. End it first, and take your chances.

2. Break up quickly, simply, and honestly. "Brunhilda, you're a good person, but I don't want us to go out any more" is all you need. Don't be rude, but more words you use, the worse it gets.

3. Forget "let's just be friends." You've just dumped her, she doesn't need a friend like you, not right now, anyway. If you're going to be friends, it'll happen later on. Or not.

4. Once you've broken up, stay broken up. Otherwise you become a yo-yo: you get back together, but the same things that you didn't like about her (and she about you) are still there. So you split up, again, and it's worse the second time around.

5. Don't dishonor her, or yourself. When people ask whether you're broken up, and why, just say that you are and leave it at that. Don't disrespect her, don't put her down, and even if she's been banging you along with every other guy in town, the school nurse and a purebred German Shepherd, don't ever talk about her sexually. It's nobody's business but yours and hers.

6. And whatever you do, DON'T make the drunken 3am phone call that goes, "Hi, you ruined my life, I hate you, but I love you all the same and can't we get back together." This happens to a lot of guys when they're dumped, but I've heard of guys who are the dumpers doing it as well. And it's pathetic.

Finally, an important thing for guys to remember is that you're fine as you are. You don't need a girlfriend to be all right, and your life isn't somehow empty without one. If you find yourself without a girlfriend, take that opportunity to do stuff that your ex would never do with you -- mountain bike, lift weights, skydive, paint watercolors, write your name in the snow (I'll let you figure out how), whatever. Just find some activity that you really like and that you didn't do with your ex, and go do it. Do it a lot, too, if it makes you feel better.

You know what's amazing? Girls can smell unconfident guys -- and believe me, they stink! So when you're out on your bike on a single-track in the woods, and you get down a tough hill without taking a header for the first time ever, you will become instantly attractive -- to you and to chicks -- because nobody likes a loser.

So don't be one, and you'll find them coming to you. 'Till then, enjoy your life on your own terms.

hehe ya ive always thought that even since i was lil, like i wanna wait till im 30 it just seems like a good age cuz im not being like my mom and getting married at 17 when my dad was 21...ya that ws fucked up not gonna make there mistake, lol and actually i would pay 5 pennies for that advice lol or just smoke ya a bowl :D
