hey everyone, I was at work and back in the staff area there was a new employee and she was pretty damn hott;). Blonde hair blue eyes type of thing.
Out of everyone in the room while the short time I was in there, she only looked at me, think I could go for it? If not what you think she was watchn?

I don't know, you might make her feel uncomfortable, seeing how she might be, already, uncomfortable because of starting a new job.

Nah, dont go straight in there, talk to her and act casual, but friendly, but just chill. If she is good looking, she probably gets plenty of offers and the guy that doesnt eye her up and make a move is more likely to catch her attention. Play it cool for just now.
Besides, her boyfriend might show up to work, one day.

You have to make sure that the next time you see her, you make it a point to go over and talk to her. Then, what you say doen't matter. If you can only get out "Hello" than that's good enough. Maybe, you can get a conversation going, once that happens, at least compliment her on how she looks, once. Well, that would be nice. I don't know why I've never thought of that.

i would not go for it right away, like beach guy said work your way up to it, even if she looked at you and only you, she might have someone waiting for her at home, so just talk to her, make her feel welcome, and flirt flirt flirt.
VERY good advice. Good looking girls know what they want bc they get plenty of offers. Going up to her would make you look cheesy. Just say hi and introduce yourself and then do your own thing.Quote:

There are two things about an affair in the workplace.
If you do pull it off you need to think about something called familiarity.
You have to work with this person and have an affair at the same time it will get old really quick.
The second thing is if you date, say once, and she says lets just be friends after, then you have to deal with that uncomfortable situation everyday as you have to work around this person.
Advice, Dont go for it.
Ironically its most likely when you adopt the composure of just holding back that, that is when she will most likely flirt with you. In that case it might be better to look for another job if something is starting to happen.
Women will flirt to let you know when to approach her space. So a girl that just started a new job is most likely not going to flirt when she has a new job to think about, its just too much at once.
Id just be casually friendly and ask some light questions here and there and give her several months to settle into the new job. If you see other guys approaching her
just hold back and dont get caught up in the competition/ jealousy games.
I say its probably best to find a girl who is not in the workplace.

just be kind. then next days she will start talking to you, etc
