Nah, dont go straight in there, talk to her and act casual, but friendly, but just chill. If she is good looking, she probably gets plenty of offers and the guy that doesnt eye her up and make a move is more likely to catch her attention. Play it cool for just now.

You have to make sure that the next time you see her, you make it a point to go over and talk to her. Then, what you say doen't matter. If you can only get out "Hello" than that's good enough. Maybe, you can get a conversation going, once that happens, at least compliment her on how she looks, once. Well, that would be nice. I don't know why I've never thought of that.

i would not go for it right away, like beach guy said work your way up to it, even if she looked at you and only you, she might have someone waiting for her at home, so just talk to her, make her feel welcome, and flirt flirt flirt.
