This quote brings home the point I have been makeing for some time now.
Why is his comment on the American Taliban page? It doesn't sound like one, and it doesn't fit in with all of the others, but I could be wrong. I've pasted some of those quotes into a Microsoft word document, and I've made some comments about every one of those. Some are a bit offensive, I don't know if you want me to post them here or not, but I won't, just to be on the safe side. The comment that Bush had made about Witchcraft really angered me. It's no wonder why he got lots of hell for making such a retchid statement like that.

Its EXACTLY what Hitler did when he created the SA. He had a small following of thugs until his crop of followers were raised and taught his way of thinking. He started them as young as he could get them, most of them were poor kids that would not have gotten any other education elsewhere.

Heres another big difference in liberal and conservative....conservatives tell there children what to believe and call it teaching....
Liberals provide all the information and allow the child to form his or her own beliefs.

And if you have not questioned your beliefs then no you have not held yourself upto critical thinking. Maybe you have held your religion to critical thinking, but simply by proclaiming your "faith" in something. By definition means you are not questioning it.

Even my friend tells me he questions his faith every day. And he believes that those who do not question their faith are more or less following blindly. And he is right.
Furthermore, There are no liberals or republicans, They are the same entity with the same agenda. They simply put the one in power that best suits the goals of those in charge. It is very safe to say that most people in our country have a mix of beleifs from both side of the spectrum.
So where is the political party to represent us?
I dont want federal money in my schools, and were I grew up was an independant school district that received no monies from the FED. Only from the state and it was tax dollars collected from citizens of the state.
Teach your children the beliefs outlined in those quotes and you are the real Taliban, there is no difference in the message sent by our religious riech and that of the Taliban, and thats all those that dont have blind faith in what they preach are going to be turtured, killed, or persecuted.
Thats the real message Torog. If you can actually tell yourself that what those people are saying is Gods word. You deserve to live in the world they create for you.
Schools sould be paid for by the people who use them, taxes should be paid to the school district not the state. And the funding should be used as directed by a council of PARENTS whos children attend the school. Not an administrator whos main goal is fiscal profit, and thats what private religious schools are all about. Maybe not all, but ALLOT.
The Catholic religion is by far the worst when it comes to demanding your money. Its so funny how even if you dont go to church, if you are registered with the local Parish, you can bet on getting Tithe envelopes and a letter when its time for the Bishop's annual appeal. They even go as far as to set a scale of which to judge your donation on. Like if you make 250,000 a year you should be donateing 20,000 a year. Basically this sends a message that if you dont pay them you are not follwing the word of God and will there by go to hell. Extortion with the use of fear.
Not only does the FED pump millions into our school districts thereby makeing them dependent on the money, they also tell them what they will spend it on to a certain degree. When the states lose all power to direct the education of their children and the FED takes over completely, what you will then see is a unification of the ciriculum. And that the dangerous part.
The evidence of this happening shows itself in the violence in our schools. We have metal detectors and security gaurds in our schools already. Just a few more big incidents of violence and it will escelate into full blown FED takeover of our schools for your childs best interests.
It also seems to not matter to you what history has shown us in Germany. The fact that built the SA this way doesnt seem to shock you at all. And thats alarming to me. Also by supporting the vouchers bit Bush pushes so hard more or less does the same thing that Hitler did with his SA cadets.
By makeing it easier for the public to send their children to private religiuos schools in the form of FED aid. He is basically building a following of blind faith followers.
In germany the enemy was JEWS, here, its Muslims, and terrorists. And with the broad definition of terrorist that the Patriot act lays out it might as well be the same thing. We have already rounded up hundreds of thousands of muslims here in the US. And the witch hunt for terrorists goes on everday, Also with the Patriot act it makes political dissidents terrorists. And there is a guy in California that wants to start makeing political dissitents register with the state.

my money and kids are going to private school.
Not all private schools are better than public schools. I went to a non-secular private middle school which was excellent. Afterwards I went to a Catholic high school for my freshman and sophmore year and public high school for my junior and senior year. I have to say the public high schools were far better. Both in education provided and overall atmosphere. At the Catholic school it seemed that teaching the students to be good, God fearing Catholics was far more important than giving them a good education. Fail alegbra, who cares? Fail theology, now that's a different story.
Of course, Catholic girl were easy so I did have a lot of fun there :p
around my house there are some really good catholic schools.just about everybody goes to catholic schools where i live.

You are starting to contradict yourself on these 2 threads we have been working on.
In one you say we are done you are here now and in this one you say stay the hell out of my religiuos beliefs.
You views take from both the republican party and the democratic party. Since there isnt a nationally supported party for you. You have simply picked one that best suits your needs.
But I dont think you have ever held your beleifs to critical thinking whatsoever.
