Pay attention to this guy.......
Gary Bauer (American Values)
"We are engaged in a social, political, and cultural war. There's a lot of talk in America about pluralism. But the bottom line is somebody's values will prevail. And the winner gets the right to teach our children what to believe."

Why is his comment on the American Taliban page? It doesn't sound like one, and it doesn't fit in with all of the others, but I could be wrong. I've pasted some of those quotes into a Microsoft word document, and I've made some comments about every one of those. Some are a bit offensive, I don't know if you want me to post them here or not, but I won't, just to be on the safe side. The comment that Bush had made about Witchcraft really angered me. It's no wonder why he got lots of hell for making such a retchid statement like that.

Lets look at Gary shall we....
Gary Bauer--quote--->"Adultery is a big deal. Harry Truman knew this, "How can I trust a man if his wife cannot?" --
Nine members of Bauer's staff have quit in the last month, including Charles Jarvis, Bauer's campaign manager, and Tim McDonald, former chief of advance operations. Jarvis and McDonald have said publicly that they resigned in protest of Gary Bauer's "inappropriate" behavior in travelling alone and spending time behind closed doors with a 26-year-old deputy campaign manager.
In 1996, Bauer took between $80,000 and $150,000 -- plus expenses -- from the Moonies to speak before one of their front groups, the "Family Federation For World Peace". Cult leader Sun Myung Moon and his fourth wife also spoke at the conference
He is also a draft dodger...

Its EXACTLY what Hitler did when he created the SA. He had a small following of thugs until his crop of followers were raised and taught his way of thinking. He started them as young as he could get them, most of them were poor kids that would not have gotten any other education elsewhere.
AND, Religion was a huge part of the ciriculum.(sp)
Its a point I have made in several posts on these boards.
Not only that, it was the liberals of Germany at the time that called for the GOV to step in and fund/teach the under class children.
"Universal education is the most corroding and disintegrating poison that liberalism has ever invented for its own destruction."
Adolf Hitler
Now, I'll ask you.
How much funding does the Fed give schools?
And who is calling for it?

George W. Bush (President of the United States)
"I don't think that witchcraft is a religion. I wish the military would rethink this decision."
Wiccans have the right to worship even if they are in the military. Don't we have the right to freedom of religion?

Heres another big difference in liberal and conservative....conservatives tell there children what to believe and call it teaching....
Liberals provide all the information and allow the child to form his or her own beliefs.
