long story short they were called by my landlady , I had a small grow in my closet, police knocked and I stepped outside and closed the door , they said I had a warrant for traffic , they cuff me and ask if they can search , I tell them no , they go in anyway , I told them I had my recommedation but they didnt care, I plead not guilty and fired my public defender . Longer story sixty + days in jail waiting for jury trial.

Seems corrupt that they can search. But they had the complaint of trafficking so they could search.. Its like the case were the guys got busted smoking in a car. The cops smelt the pot so they had a right to search. Weird. But if you have a recommendation... Then you're case should be a little different.. Not absolutely sure. The child endangerment charge is a bullshit charge. They just can't stand that the herb is legal so they want you to go down for something man.. Good luck!!!

Where I got my weed card they said call them if the cops harass me and they'll pay the legal fees and give me lawyer. I'm legally allowed to grow weed to like 6 plants.

Beenthere, have you requested to take a look at the police report? This may help show what they have and don't have on you.

I am not sure what your asking

Alright, so in other words they just have a report stating "Lady complains about man growing his medicine, in which he was legally allowed to grow, and has a license to do so."
Correct?

correct. they did a knock and talk, I stepped out and closed the door behind me, they said they smelled MJ, and asked if they could enter, I said NO. they told me I was wanted for traffic , they took me to jail and search my apt , under the guise of a security sweep. then they call a task force detective who searched with no warrant, then he went and got one , returned and processed the evidence. I told them that if I did have plants growing that it would be legal hence being a qualified patient Under SB 420. they charged me anyway . and I have been fighting the case over a year, I was on bail, but one time after many court apearance I was a day late and they remanded me to custody , I sat in the jail for two months waiting trial, acting as my attorney.
I wasnt being afforded my rights , I could not prepare a defense , I was going nuts, and jail was getting rough and violent. I plead guilty under duress, with the knowledge that I could withdraw my plea. well its not been easy
