long story short they were called by my landlady , I had a small grow in my closet, police knocked and I stepped outside and closed the door , they said I had a warrant for traffic , they cuff me and ask if they can search , I tell them no , they go in anyway , I told them I had my recommedation but they didnt care, I plead not guilty and fired my public defender . Longer story sixty + days in jail waiting for jury trial.

Seems corrupt that they can search. But they had the complaint of trafficking so they could search.. Its like the case were the guys got busted smoking in a car. The cops smelt the pot so they had a right to search. Weird. But if you have a recommendation... Then you're case should be a little different.. Not absolutely sure. The child endangerment charge is a bullshit charge. They just can't stand that the herb is legal so they want you to go down for something man.. Good luck!!!

Where I got my weed card they said call them if the cops harass me and they'll pay the legal fees and give me lawyer. I'm legally allowed to grow weed to like 6 plants.

Beenthere, have you requested to take a look at the police report? This may help show what they have and don't have on you.

Alright, so in other words they just have a report stating "Lady complains about man growing his medicine, in which he was legally allowed to grow, and has a license to do so."
Correct?
