We can't let go.

Both me and a couple of mates have totally screwed up.

After a year of tainted hash bongs and then a year of tainted hash shotties eveyday, i started to get anxiety. So i stopped for a month, but know everytime i smoke weed i get the anxiety back, but i still can't lket go cause it was such a big part of my life. I have all these memories and life seems so bleak without weed

my mate fucked up on free base speed and ecstacy... he is now on anti depressants and shakes and stutters. This used to be a guy who was always happy and never cried.

finally my mate dean passed out and now he cant even drink alchohol without feeling dizzy. He used to do chemies every weekend, now he does nothing.

even after all of this, dean says he will do chemies again in a few months, mike says he will smoke weed again when the anti depressants have done their job and i can't seem to make up my mind bout anything

anyone got any ideas

Awww im sorry to hear all that. Maybe it's best that u give up weed for good if its gunna bring back the anxiety.

You really need to think hard about what u really wanna do in life. Once u have a idea or two then u should go for it. Don't let drugs take over yr life.

If u really cant give up weed then maybe it's best that u cut down from it and only smoke a few days a week

Whats happenin bruv, can dig were your comin from there. i was at college in exeter and spent 2 years smokin it up all day long with hash shotties and hash bongs.

Initially the high was an all round body high but once that wore off(after about 1 year), then the pshycological effects started for a lot of my peers down at college, causing paranoia, avoidance of people, anxiety and general feeling of depresson. I myself only found that whilst sober i would be more lively but thinking about weed a lot and actually getting excited about getting a smoke on. THEN after all of that good feel vibe, i would have a bowl or two and would then wish i hadn't smoked.

Weed is all about effects of the mind, in time these feelings will disappear although apparently there will always be that slight feeling of anxiety. To be honest your probs best giving it up ("if you want to extinguish a fire, dont pour more petrol on").

Try smoking actual bud instead of that hash (I've heard a lot of bad things about what they cut British hash with).

ok im gonna tell u sumthing important that helps me get thru it cuz i know how u feel man ive been done that road a thousand times, and sumtimes i almost never made it back on that road if u know what i mean.

Some places in England it aint always that asy to score real bud so some make do with hash. i did myself for 2 years, but thankfully now have found the joy of real weed.

British hash is often cut with diesel fuel, plastic trimmings and is a nasty smoke!

My mates GP told him that they had tested the hash in the area and thats wht they found

im her friend that fucked up on freebase speed and E, pretty much every drug in britian is dirty shite. i used to think that dirty drugs were great, i learnt the hard way. if ya wanna be a druggy, have fun, do everything in moderation, avoid dirty shit like base, hash, and E. instaed do coke, mdma, and bud. and keep in mind that you do them to be happy, if you get negative feelings stop while its not too late. ya dont wanna get nuerosis like i have lol.

Yah ive been getting depressed from smoking 2 much, it just messes with ur mind. from now on im cutting down to about 3 times a week instead of almost every day. i am 2 days clean now and im actually starting to feel alot better than before. And to happysuicide, i think the best thing to do is just cut down, and plus if u do it less, u can get higher because of ur tolerance level to the weed
