Look, I have been growing indoors for 15 years. Cold climates, dry climates, hot climates, wet climates. In my humble opinion humidity has no real effect on the outcome AFTER the cloning/seedling stage. (Those get the covered containers to keep the humidity up until they grow enough for 1/2 gal pots.
I am told I grow the best weed they have ever smoked. I don't use very much fertilizer at all, don't worry about the humidity. My humidity during a year's time here in WA can be as low as 20% for a week and as high as 100% for a month. I see no effect so long as I keep the air moving through the room...a lot of air. I use 750 cfm for 120 square foot of grow area.
Fertilizer? Plain ole 16-16-16 only when they go to the flower room.
Temperature is much more important than humidity. Too cold and they get sick, too hot and they just don't produce.
Peoples make this so difficult when it is so easy. DAMN it is only a weed
