WTF is this all about? Is it a mistake or a mystery

These are 2 diff plants, 2 picts each. They are from the same Blueberry Tundra seeds i accidentally breaded (Blueberry Kush/Matanuska Tundra). As you can see they are mad and making a fist. No purpling of stems so i don't think it's a K problem but i may be wrong. Could this be a bad water issue or something more specific. These are the ones that had the 5.8pH that I flushed 4 days ago. I gave them a shot of floraNova yesterday. My MT has been on the same routine since i set them to flower. Could this be a strain issue and that's just how the damn thing grows? Anything is possible so i'm asking if any one knows this condition. If so, how do i correct it within the final 5 weeks of flower?

How long ago did you cut out all the Nitrogen?

Almost like they are being subjected to light pollution during the flowering cycle, that's what leaves look like when you reveg a flowering plant. Another possibility is overfertilization with N during flowering, over watering, OR very low light levels or maybe a combo of the above.

what kinda temps ya running at canopy height ?

Filling out the troubleshooting for would be best, but looks like a ph issue. Suggested range for peat-based potting mixes is between 6.3 and 6.8 ph.

What feeding schedule are you using? Do you stick to it?

Unfortunately it's not just the canopy. This is how it looks down to the pot. They have been in flower for 7 weeks as of yesterday (10/17), i repotted 2 weeks b4 setting to flower, fed HastaGrow 6-12-6 the day i put then to flower. I was thinking pH, i flushed last week and it came out 5.8, got it back to 6.2, fed FlorsNove bloom at 6.5; there is no change in leaf color, stems are a little hard but not purple, just knuckling leaves that are mainly at the bud sites. I have them on the same routine as my MT which also had bad pH. I'm just wondering if it's one of those hard to grow plants. Maybe i crossed a (MT) cat with a (BK) dog and the babies came out mearking. My MT is doing fine.Temp guage about 6" below tops, day tempts have been as high as 103 in the dark within the last 5 weeks but air flow was steady. Last 2 weeks at +/-82 days, +/-81 with lights, 400w HPS about 2' above and two 4" 40 watt daylight delux floros on the floor. It's only these plants (Blueberry Tundra; my own strain) that look like this.

Again...filling out the troubleshooting form is the best way to a definative diagnosis. Or, you can keep offering these little tiny bits of info, till they're ready for harvest. :thumbsup:

Growing in the desert I know exactly what heat stress looks like, and that's not it. With heat stress, the leaves thicken and raise to the light.

Old leaves are old news. Your ph is way too low for a peat-based grow, and the affected leaves will not recover their vigor or shape. Correct your ph, and new growth should be fine. only other thing I can think of is to lower the lights if possible. 2 feet from a 400w is pushing the outer edges of it's effective range.

Few things:
Excess N
Light leaks
Too small a pot for that plant
Excess Mg
All those can cause that weird clawing. Anecdotally, blueberry derivatives are said to do it quite easily.

You need a gallon of soil per foot of plant.
No N past week 2 of flower, if even that.
Go in at 'night' and look for leaks.

The claws won't heal, but overall plant health can be stabilized by fixing the issue(s), and you can apply the lesson next round.

Hey stinky or Rt I have a plant that looks like the top of his in the first pic. Its not as bad but the top of my bud/plant grew about 1-2 inch or to an started throwing out a few single leafs and a couple fans. But is now filing in again I was in week 6/7 flowering. I had to transplant in another pot week 3 or so of flower/ Mg soil. Now could that have happened cause of a light leak, I thought light leaks turn you plant hermi on ya. Or could it have been because of the Mg soil with nute in it.?

Main thing is so a light leak can cause affects like what we see on his plants.?

Listen here, Rusty. I am absolutely NOT going to take shit from you here, or anywhere, and I am not going to let you goad me into a catfight on the forums. Reiterating the previous posters' comments in agreement is respectful, IMVHO.

I'm not convinced it is primarily pH. I've gone through souring issues with promix and it often presents in a more... colorful? way. Before you convinced me that was the major issue, I'd want to know how long the pH dipped for, and what the soil temperatures (read= approximate average daily temps) were during that time, and whether the soil sat wet and cold for an extended time.

Can I also comment that in week 7 of flower, while you should be trying to understand what you did wrong over the previous few weeks, your primary job is to flush those plants in preparation for harvest. I'd be more worried that they are still SO DARN GREEN! An 8-9 week strain would usually be showing some yellowing and dieoff of low leaves by now as the plant nears the end of its life. (As an aside, if this is a light leak issue, the flower period may well be extended)

It was not an effort to goad you into anything other than to point out that although yes, there are other problems that can be the cause of the canoeing of the leaves, but you did neglect to offer the other indicators that come along with the problems you mentioned. Looked like ph to me, but no...I did not discount anyone elses guess, as the OP never filled-out the form to confirm or discount anyone's diagnosis.

You were the one stepping-in and pointing-out all problems except the ph. Curious why itt's (In your very honest opinion) respectful to only reiterate some of the previous guesses, but not the most obvious one...? How is it ok to jump right in there, tell him generalities, and leave it at that...when we were trying to get him to fill-out the form so we could narrow-down the indicators and cause? This is called trolling, baiting or goading people into a fight. This is against the rules. Why is it against the rules? Because we want a civil, mature forum, a place where people can discuss cannabis in a civil manner and to put our best face forward inn the fight for legalization. This is a forum, a place is discuss things. If a post isn't breaking the rules and the content is related to MMJ, then the post isn't going to be censored and deleted because the info is wrong. We delete posts, people get mad, we don't delete posts people get mad. Before I was a mod I had to deal with so many BS posts in drug testing about how if you stand on your head while toking you can pass a drug test and other whack theories. I didn't troll people left and right in that forum to prove them wrong. There's no reason why you can't either but it seems that if someone posts somehting wrong, you want it deleted and then when that doesn't happen you go Kanye West on them. I'm not into deleting posts for incorrect content and I don't think any of the other mods are into that either. What's the next step, a Hitler style book burning party?

I am so sick of you playing the role of the martyr and claiming that you are rude because you are doing it for the good of those who need cannabis to function due to health problems and this is the way you are like it or not. You would be more helpful if you weren't trolling so if you really were doing this for the good of those who need to grow their own cannabis, you would be more patient and tolerant but those are 2 areas you need improving on.

I am sick of wasting time on this as I probably just lost several hundred dollars to write this so Rusty either take the time off voluntarily or else the mods are going to discuss how long you should be banned for because this "I'm here to help but I'm mean and I do it for the people" is so old and tiresome.
