While Lulu is by far a great mod and I love the fact she is a mod. I must voice my disagreement with del... Especially with the decision to ban Stoned_Penguin. thought i'd just share a post of his that he posted to stoned_penguin after he deleted stoned penguin's thread:

You're right Del... this isn't homeroom from highschool... so quit acting like it. You specifically singled Stoned_Penguin out and we all know it. How childish was that in the first place. I don't wanna get involved in this, but only to say that Penguin was a cool dude and whether he asked to be banned or not, he didn't deserve it. I've rarely seen 15-16 year olds who didn't annoy me, and this guy even made me laugh, sometimes a lot.

if del is concerned about the thread quality he should start some interesting ones that are of the calibre he would like them to be. Then leave the frivolous ones alone. If a thread is on the top for a few hours or days it's because we keep posting to it, because we have something to say about it, because we are interested, and if he thinks it frivolous then he should not post on it or read it. I am glad the move option doesn't work, it lets me know when threads are interesting, new or dying, just like the flow of conversation in a room. I mean isn't this forum for us? and if we as a group like and perpetuate threads that might further a stoner steriotype, then isn't that ok? I mean we are stoners, those steriotypes exist for a reason.
I hate to think I just paid for membership and could get banned for being annoying. I mean...I am fucking annoying sometimes so I feel like it's just a matter of time. All I have to do is piss off the right person and there goes the love, bud and brotherly understanding I kind of expected from this board.

Due to the many yrs coming in this site Ho Hum,,,ppl come ppl go...even if u get banned u can spy on the threads and read em as a Guest....In the old days they banned the servers frm the whole area so many ppl who werent even involved in being banned were banned which was unfair...All the Mods in here try and do the right thing according to Rons intentions of running this site whole heartedly for the Good of all ppl.
