I miss Ren and Stimpy... kids these days don't know what they're missin'. :stoned:
1. Linkin Logs- Not sure if I spelled it correctly, but I had a lot of fun building log cabins and race tracks.
2. Bob Ross - That painting guy on PBS who paints the "happy little trees." That was great programming.
And what the hell happened to Ren and Stimpy? They started releasing new episodes and the two of them were super gay. It kind of annoyed me... Why change a good show? Their were questions in the old episodes, but they didn't make it obvious. It was better that way.
Oh, shit... I know all about nostalgia. I feel like I'm an 80 year old man reflecting on his life sometimes. I miss good commercials (every commercial seemed like something I wanted to buy), Power Wheels, going to my dad's hippie friend's house and looking at random animals he had, and breast-feeding. I think everyone can relate to some of these things.

And yeah, I saw some of those new R&S episodes, the best episodes by far were from back when John K. was directing. Them were the days.
Waking up at 5:30am every morning before school, and watching Seasame Street................Ahhh man, I miss being 18. Just kidding, I was 15, no, no, I was 6 really.
I miss simple things like TV shows Skippy the bush kangaroo and Daktari (yes I know I'm sad) for instance.
Toys such as Clackers and my best bicycle ever my Raleigh Chopper.
Also miss the taste of original Milky Way chocolate why did they have to change it?
Cheers

Goosebumps by R.L. Stine.
Long days of lego's.
Escaping the oppression of a mid-day nap to do mad-scientist experiments with old chemistry sets and batteries, bugs and magic.
Being read to by a gentle elementary teacher for hours on end, all year long,
and being part of an innocent group of kids all just wanting to laugh and play tag as soon as lunch was traded and the bartering turned to sugary bliss.
Booby traps.
Underwater tea parties.
Whirlpools.
Truth-or-Dare.
When shows like Doug or Rocko's modern world didn't make me want to... ?
Good Old Pogs. :)
The epic "fort wars" as we referred to them. Back in elementary we had a big forrested area to play in and the kids would form into groups. Each group would have a stick/log fort that we'd work on and we'd claim the territory around it. Then we'd arm oursevles with sticks and have battles (not excessively harsh) and invade each other's land. It was like a game of risk, trying to gain more and more land by invading your neighbores. The more land you gained, the more allies you'd end up with. Good times!:D
I also really miss Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, and Tiny Toons.
I think the greatest thing though was being a wee-little kid during Christmas. We'll never get that magic back where it was this amazing magical time where you knew Santa Clause was up there circling the world. The tree, the presents, family, snowmen/forts, was like a magical world.
I miss the simplicity, innocence, and lack of responsibility. Life was so easy everything was put in front of me that I needed. But I guess I love being independent to. I also miss the good tv shows like Ninja Turtles. Not all this Dora the conquistador shit.
The early years of the Simpsons when new episodes came on, and you were so excited...
Coming back from CCD class (uck) and catching the new episode of Full House!
Pretend playing with my siblings in the back yard all day, and playing with Barbies :D
I miss building forts and treehouses.
I miss playing with Barbies. And I never had a little girl so I could re-live that childhood fun.
I miss trick-or-treating on Halloween.
I miss Lincoln Logs, Legos, coloring books, and blocks.
I miss two of my stuffed animals from childhood, Orange Rabbit and Pinky (also a rabbit).
I miss playing final fantasy 7 for the first time. Sitting thru school waiting to get out so I could start playing as soon as I got home.
Ahh man ff7 is the best
I miss walking up to the 7-11 with my best friend and buying packs of baseball cards. Then sitting on the curb opening the packs..."Got him, got him, don't got him". Chewing on cardboard bubblegum and sipping a slurpee.
Playing catch with my Dad.
i miss the innocence...
hot wheels, legos, sock 'em boppers, are you afraid of the dark, argh real monsters, rugrats, chuck norris movies... too much shit to remember... chocolate chip pancakes, tony hawk pro skater 1, twisted metal, metal gear solid 1, mario party, golden eye.
