not enough, but a 500ml-1 litre per day when i can
hah i admit i drink a lot more water in the summer, but still not enough. i get headaches from not drinking enough water sometimes. i probably drink like 2-3 glasses total per day.
I drink probably 4-5 water bottles per day.
I sort of have do, otherwise it all sort of cakes in my lungs after smoking a lot =/

When I dont have bottled water I drink less, its cheap enough so I try to keep it on hand. Unfortunately my daughter is the same way- i have a hard time gettin her to drink very much 'sink' water as she calls it

Uhh a decent amount haha. I pour myself a cup of water in the morning to take my meds. Then throughout the day I drink probably 4 more cups and a water bottle. Then at night I take my meds with another glass of water.
water is in everything we eat and drink.
Rather silly, but water kicks ass! I absolutely love a nice cold glass when I'm stoned. Back when I was a newbie I remember thinking to myself "Woah... it's clear, and liquid! The absolute essence of life!" To this day I chuckle to myself at being so amazed at water back then.
I drink far more than the recommended amount, and even more because I enjoy tea often. :thumbsup:
im a water fiend! i drink at the very least, a gallon a day. sometimes when its hot, i'll drink a gallon and a half or maybe even two. i love me some water. and i hate sugar in anything i drink, i rarely drink soda. and if im drinking tea, its got to be unsweetened. im just a big ol fan of regular old water. and i like it room temperature, which beleive it or not is actually better for you on a hot day, because your body doesnt have to expend the energy required to heat it up to body temperature while its in your stomach.

^^^ That's good, H4H! I'll bet your kidneys are well flushed and your major knee/hip/shoulder,and elbow joints are in good shape because of it, too. My skin's always clearer when I'm well hydrated, too.
This inspire me. I need to force myself to take in two liters tomorrow. And start tonight.

i really onlly ever drink water and iced tea and that is essentially water and i am always drinking it
Probably about a half-gallon (64 oz.) per day. I drink a lot of water, basically continuously throughout the day. I don't really drink sodas and stuff either, just water and juice. It's a holdover from the three years in high school that I wrestled.
I try to drink 5-6 glasses. A 16 oz. glass every 1.5-2 hours. Kind of a drag having to pee so much though.
Actual water, unless I'm really thirsty, or if its really hot outside somedays I wont drink any. I get all my fluids from coffee, soda, or gatorade. Its what my body is used to, and I feel ill if I drink too much water. I know...... I'm gonna die, huh?!

If I am working, I will go through 1 1/2 - 2 gallons a day in the summer, and maybe a half gallon in the winter.
My job is to work in the heat so my customers don't have to.
The only thing I drink is water, my pee is clear, I dont know how much of it I drink a day but its in the range of 6 - 8 full water bottles worth. Its so healthy and cleansing for you, and no other drinks quench my thirst, and my mouth is dry a lot - cough cough -

It really depends on my day and how busy or lazy I am. It can be anywhere from a liter to a few gallons. I dont drink much else except for juices. I hate sugar. Ate too much of it when I was younger. I guess Im lucky because the healthier something is the better it tastes to me. I guess because of my passion, I end up craving things that have what my body needs to accomplish that, and have since lost the taste for shit that slows me down. I drink 2litres a day normally, two 500ml bottles at lunch and two at dinner. Of course sometimes i'll drink more, I rarely drink less than 2litres since it's my daily routine now.
on s good day 6-8 bottles of water on a bad day 1-2 bottles of water...im thinking of just drinking water and tea for now on since its healthier..i just hate having to wake up and pee all the time
I saw Dr. Oz on Oprah say you should be able to read through your pee. So I peed on a book, and couldn't read anything. Damn doctors.

Yesterday I was drinking water how I use to drink(because of this thread). I drank the whole gallon bottle and a few extra cups of tap at night. I pissed about uhhh 5 times, all clear piss.
This thread has helped me increase my intake for sure. I got in two liters yesterday and another two today. I think I filtered about three liters through my kidneys each day. Tomorrow I hope to keep up the hydration, but it would be nice to not have to spend so much time in the bathroom recirculating it back into our water supply.
Haha, glad that its made you increase your water intake BG, i know what you mean its annoying to have to go to the toilet all the time, but at least you know you're a whole lot healthier!! :)
i drink a bunch of water, i pretty much always have a bottle with me....
i dont really drink other stuff...
occasionaly a gatorade cuz i love those...
but dont really drink cokes unless its mixed with somethin else...

i have the occasional diet soda (one every few weeks, if that even), and every once in awhile, if i go to a party, sometimes i'll drink socially and have two or three alcoholic beverages. other than that, all i drink is water. i looooooove water.
i took voice lessons for years and was in showchoir in high school. my junior and senior year of high school, i drank nothing but water. period. for two straight years. it helped tremendously with my health, energy, and singing voice.
i drink so much water during the day that i really don't keep track of how much i drink. during the semester, i usually carry a bottle of water around with me. if i'm just hanging around my apartment, then i usually have a bottle of water or a glass of water beside me. as soon as it's empty, i refill it. i just love water! i also like to cut up some lemon and squeeze a bit of lemon juice in my water, it's oh so good. limes are good as well. sometimes i like really cold water, but then sometimes i'll only want to drink room temperature water.
i drink over a gallon every day.
The only reason I have to drink as much water in the summer as I do, is to keep from having a heat stress related injury. Its real easy to get dehydrated when working in temps above 110 degrees
