How much water do you actually drink everyday?

... not very much for me which is bad but ive only just started to drink it more to keep myself hydrated 6-8 glasses a day is recomended (sp?).

hah i admit i drink a lot more water in the summer, but still not enough. i get headaches from not drinking enough water sometimes. i probably drink like 2-3 glasses total per day.

I drink probably 4-5 water bottles per day.

I sort of have do, otherwise it all sort of cakes in my lungs after smoking a lot =/

Right now, I'm only drinking one liter a day, It ought to be two. I feel better when I'm drinking more water.

I only drink water and tea's, so I'm always drinking a lot of water.
