good question...I am working with one now...I'll see how he works out and if he is a good source I'll post his info. I would be curious though is any other agents are out there working this...it has been a pain kinda ;)
I can help, but it has been difficult finding landlords to do it without insane requests: astronomical deposit $50k, must leave all equipment after lease ends, rent 3x normal. etc etc.
do you have an agent or are you an agent? If so I want to talk to you if that is alright. Looking to get into something pretty quickly here.

Anything a little further north?
Yeah. The property is at 9,200 feet elevation. That's almost 2 miles farther north than Galveston. I said GROW. ANYTHING THAT'S LEGAL IN COLORADO and will grow even in a greenhouse can't be much further north.
