    good question...I am working with one now...I'll see how he works out and if he is a good source I'll post his info. I would be curious though is any other agents are out there working this...it has been a pain kinda

    I can help, but it has been difficult finding landlords to do it without insane requests: astronomical deposit $50k, must leave all equipment after lease ends, rent 3x normal. etc etc.

    Contact me if you are interested in knowing about a different situation. I know of a proven cannabis greenhouse property. 20 acres RURAL. Just west of Pikes Peak into Park County. Very private. No restrictions on what you can do with the property.

    Yeah. The property is at 9,200 feet elevation. That's almost 2 miles farther north than Galveston. I said GROW. ANYTHING THAT'S LEGAL IN COLORADO and will grow even in a greenhouse can't be much further north.
