my new favorite thing is [HIIT] high intensity interval training
try it...start off slow..it aint easy...4 minutes of torture..i luv it
run 30 seconds full speed then jog 30 seconds, then run full speed 30 seconds then jog 30 seconds...2 minutes down 2 to go.....repeat
