Yeah just fucking diet and excersize. This may seem like a shock to you, I know, but I have actually seen people loose weight just by eating less or better and moving around a bit more.
If you're really looking to provide your body with what nature intended you should look into essential fatty acids. You can get these in the form of a fish oil capsule, hemp seed or hemp oil. Hemp provides omega-3 and omega-6 in the perfect ratio and hemp seed is also 33% protein.
Niacin (Vitamin B3) can be supplemented to promote energy, metabolism and nervous system health. This statement has not been evaluated by the FDA and niacin is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
in recent years it's been discovered that not everyone can lose weight just by dieting and excersizing, there are other things that play a role in weight gain/loss as well, one of the main things being stress (and no i didn't just get that from that damn commercial) i have personally witnessed people dieting right, excersizing right, and when they should have lost a substantial ammount of weight (we're talking over the period of 6 months or more of constant eating right, excersizing and all that shit) they've not lost any weight, if they haven't gained more...Quote:

i pretty much was on top of them all day, i lived with them... i'm sorry i had to make this point, i just know there are people out there who assume everyone that's fat is just a lazy ass who doesn't want to try, and then makes fun of them or otherwise, makes it physically/emotionally difficult for them to continue with what they're doing, i mean who really wants to keep doing stuff they don't like to begin wtih, when all it's getting them, is a bunch of BS.Quote:

I've been writing a lot for clients about health related stuff...here's my take: Lots of water, fruit, veggies, of course! Try hoodia gordonii, heard that stuff is awesome! And find exercise you love...I am lazy and hate to exercise, but I actually found that I enjoy some forms of yoga and bellydance! Basically just ingest natural, whole foods, get some sort of exercise, stay hydrated, and try something like hoodia or TrimSpa or some other stuff....
But for God's sake, stay off the meth...believe it or not, meth is in some places considered a good weight-loss aid...meth kills...and if it doesn't kill you, you will eventually wish you were dead...
Hoodia...
