LowRyder2 ~ HPS & LED

I´m really sad the led´s aren´t doing theyr job. seems like you have used a lot of money on the led´s as well.. thats to bad.

Anyone know of a successful led-growth?

Hello and I'm sorry to say that I do not have a scale. I must admit that the HPS LR2 looks a little better thanj it is in reality. Small lite little buds on a lot of the plant. The center is good. And a couple branches were pretty good, but it isn't a giant yielder. Decent for a quickie.

Your buds seem to be coming along well, eh. Fotos could be clearer. Did you put a magnifying glass in there?

An HPS is cheaper to buy but not to operate, that is expensive. Thats why i went to the LEDs, to avoid using more electricity.

It was partial success, I'd like to say kebab. We did get some dense buds. Just not enough. More intensity was needed.

Hey man I just went on the link you left and good luck to you with your grow. I got a few grams of cleaned buds from my LED LowRyder2 grow. I'm glad that I did it although i wish the harvest were better. Do you think Paris Hilton smokes herb?

Here is my stash from the LED grow. No scale so I don't know the weight. A few grams is all. I guess.

Dav Zap, I'm dissapointed with the yield, but I can't say I'm surprised. I think the technology is not tweaked enough to get the right intensity overall. I commend you for taking the time and effort to do the experiment, though. I enjoyed watching. Good log. Thanks. Maybe someone else will use this info and come up with a better solution. I had thought about stringing the lights on the plant like a Christmas tree to get them close.
