Ive been smoking for a number of years now and dont seem to get the munchies

get some stacker 2's with ephedra or any epdhedra product, 3 a day, 8 glasses of water a day, 30lbs lose a month

yeah foods the bomb, but you have to get excersise also. I my self ride around 15 miles on my bike every day, or atleast try too.
I just run to the McDonalds a few blocks from my house, eat,
and run back. Been doin that for a while, and seem to be just fine!
exercise? or get out for once would help, go for walks, your not just gonna lose weight by eating healthy and sitting around and shit...
be mobile, ride bikes, rock climbing,skateboard,swimming,backyard football or wrestling, boxing with friends, all good stuff to get exercise
