Items that could "reasonably" considered to be paraphanalia under the Blunt Ban

The bolder words are the kickers. Cars, desks, stereos, shoes, bookbags... everyone knows that this list is stupid but literally anything could be used to conceal drugs.

thoughts and ideas should be banned i can use an idea + creativity + innovation to think of new ways to grow, conceal, store, etc. so these things should all be banned too

Face it, the City Council of Philly isnt blind to the fact they know why people buy Swishers...whiteowls etc. People dont smoke those things, there is a reason they put the lowest quality tobacco in those blunts..hell, you even get twiggs and stems in those blunts.
