that hilarious cartoon dog is right, exersize and eat right, you can do it, its not genetic it truly is faulty diet and lack of exersize. i use to have a gutt but i got a gym membership and now i feel and look, 10 times better.
the munchies dont need to be cured by chips, candy and icecream. Try fruits and veggies
This is what I tell my wife all the time. We both like to eat. I don't mind excersizing where as it's a chore for her. So instead, she wants to buy all this 'speciality' crap from the grocery store. I tell her, "Stop worrying about what you eat, just get you ass up and work it off when you're done." One day, she'll get the hint...or be big as a house!Quote:

beileve me i spent most of one years work lunch breaks 20mins walking to park 15 mins sit and eat then smoke 20mins walking smoking back to work stoned as a nut.......i just lost the weight in about 7months without taking n special exercise or gym sessions i did just as normal but it fell off lol
now i eat what i want when i want and never gain a pound im not underweight im juuuust right in my eyes if i flex i can just see outlines of a pack but not bulging or nothing

I keep a bag of apples on the table, and one in the car. I walk when ever possible. I also belong to a small local gym, do Tae Kwon Do, and lift weights 4x's p/wk. Leave the junk food and fast foods alone. They are our enemies.Quote:
