there is already an ongoing investigation, and i said i don't know who it is. my mom and brother both know who it is and it's taking everything to keep my brother from doing what i want to do. but the DA has already said he'll at most get about 25 years....at most 25 years for killing my brother, who i know did nothing to deserve that. anyways like i said i turn my head everytime they try to point him out.

Damn, sorry to hear about what happened man. 25 years is better than him roaming the streets though. I don't know what I'd do if I was in your situation.
