Chavs are like the Matrix. You can't be told what they are, you have to experience them for yourself. Trust me mate, spend a week in Essex and you'll very much understand where we're coming from. Until then, i'd say keep your exaggerated comments to yourself.

Goths are nothing more than posers who think it would be cool to wear a stupid anarchy t-shirt (when they know nothing of what anarchy is), wear stupid black makeup, and dress in dark clothes to make peopel think they are depressed or dont care, whatever. All I gotta say is GET A LIFE YOU POSERS!


OK, you guys say chavs choose to be that way? I'm sure they were bought up that way by "chav" perents, right? On that chavscum.co.uk website, it says chavs are the "unpleasant british underclass".... well that doesn't quite say that they chose to be that way. I'm sure they grew up with all those influecnes and bad parenting/schooling. I don't need to travel to Essex to know what your talking about.... we have something called poor blacks (soem would say the n word), which sound exactly the same as chavs. Inconsiderate, ignorant, bad dressers, etc.

why turn this in to a political debate? Okay maybe not all chavs are as bad as we make them out to be, but we're talking about the chavs who are as bad as we make them out to be.

but you're right, blame the system, not what it produces. The truth is, these chavs who we are talking about most probably had parents who were just bad as them and are going to have kids who are just as bad. :( However, just because you are raised a certain way it doesn't mean you will definately grow up to act that way - my dad has been an alcoholic and I barely even like drinking... you don't have to be the person you were raised to be. =/

Agree 100%, I lived with my mother and her partner from the age of 5 to 16, and was raised in a very good manner! Parents can do all they like, but it gets to a time whre its UP TO YOU which way you go!

On the other hand, I didn't see my dad until I was 10, (He was in the Shuvvel), and when he came out, He had his own Bar on Newcastle Quayside, but the lure of Alcohol was too much for him too resist!

I like to think I dont take liberties with people(how my mother raised me), BUT as I have got older I have gotten more like my Old Man! Before he got out of the shuvvel I didnt have a male role model, so when I got to know him I followed suit!!
