What is a chav?


There are many definitions of what a chav is.

They vary from the poetic to the very blunt.

Would this lad qualify? We're not sure. He's got a baseball cap but is that enough?

chavs are council estate scum
chavs are youths who like wearing tracksuits and burberry, plenty of baseball caps and trainers. They have young girlfriends with babies and have names like wayne and kev and dillon
chavs are lower class people.


note: this is not to say that anyone who dresses in a tracksuit and trainers is a scumbag at all. Lots of top atheletes wear tracksuits

Most chavs are fucking pussies at heart. They try to impose fear but show them you don't care and they tuck their tail between their legs .
There's a couple of chav brothers down my road. This is a pretty expensive area so most families here are middle class but they still dress like a couple of filthy ratboys. They always used to try and say shit to me and my mates before I told them to fuck off a little while ago and they havn't done anything since. Bunch of pussies, chavs.

Not to say all working class are chavs btw. I'm just pretty lean, reading all about spaghetti westerns for my media exam tomorrow. Did you know Clint Eastwood is an anti-hero?
