Very nice photos. How much longer for the buds to finish, do you think?
And if it's on the previous page I'm sorry, but what kind of herb are they?

Hey Skrap. Looking great man. I see you've decided to start the next wave of plants. Did you go with bagseed? I'm gonna post new pics in like 30 mins or so.

Back again!
Week 5 of flower.
Things look like they are starting to wrap up. I've had a few more problems (The untrained plant went hermi on me, I have brown spots on some leaves) but at this point, beyond making a small effort to correct it. I think we will be okay.
This grow has given me a million ideas for the next one. The new group are already in veg under MH. I will be doing LST on these plants for sure, but with a different plan. I will be taking the main stem all away around the pot, in a spiral, or circle (depending on veg time) and i will also clip away the fan leaves growing from the stem. I will direct the growth of the "colas in training" so to maximize the light. Having 6 main buds on one plant is sweet. I'm aiming for about 20 per plant next grow. I'm growing flowers not foliage, and i'm sure these high energy plants could put out more if given the chance.
Another lesson learned is heavy soil. I went ahead and got some pre packaged pro-mix for the second grow. I'll leave playing with the soil for when i understand a little more about how easy the roots can penetrate different substrates. Although I'm pretty sure the mix i used would have done 2 times better if it was lightened up a bit, the manure and bone meal makes for some pretty freaking thick stems. I was just too afraid to use a crap load of perlite. I now know better.
Here are the pictures, as im sure everyone is tired of reading.
see ya next week!:rastasmoke:
