Skrappie's got a Secret
I went out yesterday to grab a 400 HID light, with an air cooled hood and a MH/HPS ballast. The whole set up only cost around three hundred. This is a purchase Iā??ve wanted to make for a long time. No more growing in parks and getting ripped off, and no more small plants in the garden behind the tomato plant. Its time to get busy.
I already have the most general knowledge of growing cannabis, and have been fine tuning things for a few months with an ultra stealth outdoors grow.
Iā??ve been doing a little reading on mixing soils too, I know my mix may not be the best, but for a first time indoors, I think its okay. Maybe Iā??ll change it up pending some of the more experienced growerā??s advice.
In my buckets and pots I have
Bone mean
Perlite
Vermiculite
Composted cattle manure
Two different kinds of soils: one is very rich, and seems to be a decent soil, I got this one after the first soil I brought left much to be desired. I saw fox farms soil for the first time yesterday, and Iā??m highly interested in that.
For Water I have:
Ph adjusters (up and down)
Super thrive
Liquid Fermented mushroom (The Mushroom Stuff, to name the brand)
Generic Veg and Bloom ferts that Iā??ve used in the garden plant (and on all the plants in the garden). Iā??m thinking about upgrading my ferts when I can.
Iā??m growing in a open closet that has two osculating fans in the room thatā??s fed by fresh air outside, aided with an attic fan. Its very effective in keeping the room at a great temperature, but when money allows, Iā??d like to invest in a more long time solution. Security is not an issue with this grow.
Also, Iā??m willing to bet that this will turn into a diary more then a log. I love to grow things, and have always wanted to grow cannabis in a controlled environment. I would also love if people would comment. These plants are just bag seed, Iā??m testing out the skills before I pop my good seeds into the grown.
These babies are too expensive for me to ruin (call me stupid for paying high prices for feminized, but it just seems so right)
Great white shark feminised
A.M.S
Cinnamon Female seeds indoor
Oh yeah, the plants themselves are pretty young. The ones under the MH light are at about the 4th node, the ones in the cab are still seedlings under a week.Skrappie Reviewed by Skrappie on . Not anything as much as in update, but more like a question. One of my plants seem to be a little different then the others. This (hopefully girl) plant here seems very stout. Itā??s a lot more green and short then the others. The nodes seem a little more ā??tightā? if you know what I mean. I would guess this plant is either different in type, or just wants to put as much energy into its leaves current leaves as it can, not to say it has less then the others. Its about the same.
Anyway. Growers, tell me what you think please.
The first two are the "different plant" while the last two are examples of how all the others look
Oh yeah, the ridges in the leaves seem to be different also,:hippy:

Are these pics of the bag seed? I really don't see anything wrong. But I would assume, there will be some difference between plants maybe?
Also, when I click on the pics to enlarge, the pics are distorted. Does this happen to anyone else, or it's just my 'puter?

It DOES seem different.....are the leaves as droopy looking in real life as they are in the photo or am I just high? Don't know if you might want to check your ph or something.....not overwatering are you?
