hell yeah. my guys uncle(the crackhead) isnt allowed in the house at times, and he ends up sleeping in the shed in their backyard. on time we were gonna smoke out there, we opened the shed door and he was on the floor passed out. needless to say we smoked somewere else.Quote:

I disagree with Birdgirl... I don't think its hypocritical for an adult to use mj but not feel its right for children to use. Actually I'm surprised she'd say such a thing. And all in all, it seems like what's being spent on satisfying your habits is mostly Andy's money as you say he's the only earner in the house. I'd suggest talking to your parents (such as they are) about your situation and what to do, rather than a bunch of stoners on a website. And if you can't come to a compromise I'd suggest abiding by the rules of the house that you live in until you manage to move out on your own.
Thats just it, I have talked to mom and Andy. Andy is a dick, but he is good to mom. And if there is a sole provider in the house hold, your saying the children and the spouse do not deserve payment for chores/housework/other things? If so then many house holds are screwed over.
My mom receives 300 dollars in food stamps, and she gets 80 a week in child support(it is actually back-payments that he owes. He has to pay them by law even though he has temporary custody of my sister), and has 5000 dollars on a debit card from her ex-husbands back payments because he finally got a settlement. Now he is just 15000 in the hole instead of 20.
Now, my mom and I do talk, a lot. And we both have the same ideas.
Here is another part of the situation.
We lived in a hell hole called South Fulton. Mom and Andy hooked up and we moved 350 miles away to knoxville tennessee. I hated SF. It had 2000 people in it, everyone hated everyone, a bad atmosphere. It was killing me socially and mentally. Andy got us away from it, and if they break up or he kicks us out, we are back to it. And I could not go through that. Id move in with my uncle in alabama before I ever went back to south fulton. My mom is in a custodial battle with her ex husband. We will win in the end, because he lied on most of the things he used to get emergency custody of her. Mom and Andy get along great when we don't have room mates. It just seems like there is always a family member or friend who is down on their luck.
I am about to get a job. Ill just get 120 dollars a week, but that is 50 for myself, 20 to the house, 30 for gas, and 20 in a savings account every week. So that should be enough for me to just buy from my close friends and get around and eat lunch on.

As for your original problem, that sucks. Mom should give you an "allowance" but then you should turn around and have her buy your weed (separate from Andy's and hers) without Andy knowing, so then you can smoke when he's not around and he'll never know weed's missing from his stash.. he'll just think you spent your "allowance" on fast food and movies like any other "good" kid...
