Thanks, Mr. Devious. British Columbia sounds great, actually, but I still think I'd run into trouble up there trying to prescribe medical mj for pediatric patients or emergency room patients! We're seriously thinking about moving to the Seattle area in four years when I'm ready for residency, so who knows where I might end up? All I know is it needs to be someplace wetter and cooler than Texas.
yeh, i havent been on these forums for half as long as most of you, but i gotta say ive never heard birdgirl give a word of bad advice, and as a grower and user, ive gotta say i do look up to her as a highly important part of this community, - birdgirl, i gotta hand it to you, your amazing, and i wish you the best of luck in fulfilling your ambitions. one day in the future maybe there will be a highly potent medical strain of marijuana named after you, (maybe with a little durga mata in there too, - the mother godess) and i for one would be more than honoured to contribute to growing it, although it may never happen, i hope to one day roll a big fat blunt of birdgirl, and maybe even blaze a bowl of it too, until then, shine on you crazy diamond :) You rock! :)

I think I like the idea of someday having a strain named after me. What I'd like even better would be to get that honor after winning some sort of prestigious science prize for unlocking the amazing curative properties of weed in some deep and important way, thus opening the road to its being used in treatment for dangeous diseases of all kinds. What a wonderful thing that'd be, wouldn't it?
Well, they've only recently discovered that THC helps prevent and even reverse a large part of alzheimers. Maybe you could invent a THC delivery system pill that cures alzheimers. now that would be cool:thumbsup:
Remember kids, for a sore back, headache, or sprained whathaveyou, don't use Tylenol... Most docs hate it, and I can agree with them- its only uses are analgesic, as compared to things like ibuprofen or naproxen sodium, which WILL REDUCE SWELLING AND INFLAMMATION which equals more pain relief for less pills.
True, there's the whole gastric irritation thing with NSAIDS, but just take with food, and you're good to go.
The reason Tylenol is a bunch of assholes is due to a recent (or not so recent) ad I saw marketing Tylenol for arthritis- calling it "Tylenol Arthritis." I was intrigued by this, seeing as how arthritis is a chronic inflammation, Tyelnol wouldn't do shit- I read the label, and there was no additional ingredient, except more Tylenol. And that's not going to do shit. Overdosing old people who don't read med labels is immoral and dangerous... These people are now at a risk for liver damage due to Tylenol's money hungry desires... Fucking Tylenol.
Or you could always smoke pot to help with pain ;)
If you have a headache, take caffiene- gives you cause to drink lots of Mountain Dew to help shrink those dilated blood vessels :)
