I stopped drinking soda for the most part, and I noticed that my teeth feel a lot cleaner. They don't feel grimey at all during the course of my day. I drink water and lemonade now. I'll have a coke when me and my friends go out to eat and stuff, but other than that it's just
There is this lemonade called Wyler's Light and it doesn't have any sugar but you literally can't tell the difference between that and lemonade with sugar in it. Me and my friends'll get ripped and go through a gallon in about a half hour. It's fuckin orgasmic.

soda isnt that bad imo, sure it has half a cup of sugar in a can but unless your a teenager worried about gettig zits who cares. coffee is probably almost as bad for your body and soda isnt addicting...its scientifically proven or whatever that if you drink coffee once a day or however much you drink....
when you dont have it you'll feel alot more tired and shit so I guess what im saying is coffee is literally addicting and soda just tastes good thats why I drink coke every morning lol jk I wait till after 12 to have my first coke of the day lol gotta have boundary's

No, he shouldnt keep the juices.
Juice is full of sugar (fructose), eat fruit. You get all the vitamins without as much sugar and preservatives.
Good luck man, but (Im an amature bodybuilder studying to be a personal trainer) you should lift as well as doing cardio to lose fat.
Lifting ups your metabolism (the rate at which you burn calories) for up to 48 hours after you lift. Its only a few hours after cardio.
And stick to highers reps, do say 3 sets of 12 reps for each lift. And dont do cardio and weights on same day. Oh! and the best diet ever is high protein! and cut out the high GI carbs.
Good luck man! If you have any questions I could answer for you feel free

If you really want to kick your metabolism into overdrive start doing squats. Pick a weight you can do ten reps with and make yourself do 20. Add 5 pounds everytime you can and take 3 deep breaths between reps. I've gotten it up to 285 pounds 20 times in a row!!! I would be higher if I hadn't taken a break. I started about 2 1/2 years ago at 135 pounds 20 times in a row and have put on a shitload of muscle and can eat whatever I want. Try it I gaurantee it works.

Make sure to keep proper form while doing the squats though! All the way to the ground and dont do it stoned! I nearly passed out trying to squat stoned before...

Yeah I'm pretty good size 6'2 210 but I'm 22. it's really important to keep your back straight and look at a fixed point on the wall near the ceiling. I use a squat rack with a safety catch incase I can't get back up(wich has happened and sucks bad) You can seriously damage your back if you don't do this exercise properly but there is no exercise like it. Don't be surprised if you can hardly walk for a week after your first time attempting the 20 rep workout. It's a killer but makes you grow like a weed.
