    giving up sodas, juices, etc.

i gained a lil weight in the last year, so my goal was to lose 50 lbs by end of summer/beginning of fall.

in the last month ive been taking stacker 2s and kind of watching what i eat, and doing a lil bit of training....its been a month havent weighed myself but ive lost prob 15lbs, anyways i just put in an order for a new stacker supply, but i decidid to stop drinking pop, juice, etc sugarry drinks, cause i think thats part of the prob.

so im only drinking water and flavoured water started, today, i love water anyway.

also starting running again....and next month ill start liftin again.

    wish me lcuk

May I make a suggestion? Give yourself a little more time to lose that much weight. For most people(unless you are really obese) losing more than 2-3 pounds a week means you are also losing muscle tissue at the same time. Also the quicker it comes off the faster it will come back and the more likely you are to burnout and giveup on your training. Give yourself 6 months or a year and once the weight is off you will have a more quality finished look and it will stay off easier.

damn you must be a big guy, 50 lbs is like almost half of my body lol....what are stackers and if your weightlifting to lose weight you wont lose as much cause you'll gain muscle which ways more than fat.....do a bunch of cardio er whatever

I gave up soda too along with booze last year. I have occasional Dr.Pecker because that's the only kind I like. I have lost 50lbs since Sept. of /05.

Plenty of exercise is key. I bike 12km a day, sometimes more, and watch what I eat. Burn off more than you take in.

i doubt you will loose 50lbs by september, unless you get lyposuction, give yourself till the new year, that just makes more sense....

As far as juices go, I wouldn't completely give up those for your diet. The right ones are full of healthy vitamins that your body needs. I drink a shitload of Vitimin C and I know that's the reason I don't get sick as often.
