do you have a lock on your locker that you put on, or did you borrow it from the school?(built in counts as schools) some are lost you are right, but not all. im 95% sure that it would have benn a constitutional search if you were present. but you werent right? now, you need to be sure that the did in fact search your locker. answer sum q's 4 me
1. prior trouble in school?
2. older sibblings attending school?
3. did you sign something for your locker and or lock/key?
and im still looking for those case's

us too. It was supposed to be every two weeks, but was about a month. I had a bad experience with those dogs...

1. No, I am a freshman and besides being a bit mischievous in the cafeteria, I am just another all honors classes A/B student. I've had trouble with the school, but not vice versa.
2. Yes, why?
3. They sold us our locks but the lockers can still be accessed with a special bar or with a key.

Lockers are school property. They can search them if they want, you don't pay for them. Sucks, but it's the way of the world.
