That Bastard!

Last friday I was insulting another student for trying to make me look like a fool for saying that I don't have any problem with people using marijuana in their own homes. I called him an ignorant dumbass for saying it kills brain cells.
This morning I showed up at school around seven. I normally bring everything home, but yesterday I left it all in my locker, and I'm almost certain my locker was shut completely. I didn't get my stuff out of my locker until 7:40, where I found everything upside down. My notebook was at the bottom, my bag next, my other bag I haven't used in months, then the papers that were inside that bag.
Nothing was stolen so I just went to class. Half way through period one I was called out of class. In the hall, a teacher said that that morning my locker "popped open" and all my stuff was on the floor, so he picked them all up and put them back in (but if that's so, why would he go to the trouble of finding whose locker it was and where that person is? and it would have been open since the day before), and suggested I try not to break my locker by jamming it because I will end up paying for it. I thanked him for closing my locker (I didn't suspect anything).
I got back inside and was asked by a friend what had happened. I said he was talking to me about my locker popping open, and he said, "Oh yeah I saw them going through your stuff this morning." More words were said and he to some extent took back what he said and said that he wasn't sure. Then I reconsidered what had happened and decided that he was searching my locker.
Now I'm pissed. I suspect fatboy tried to get me caught and I suspect the teacher was lying to me. I've had teachers assume things about me - poor, stoner - because of the way I look on numerous occasions and I don't think it's improbable that either fatass tried to get me caught or that he had nothing to do with it and they just searched my locker because of how I look.
Am I just being completely paranoid? I want to retaliate in some way but I'm not sure if it happened the way I think it happened. There are cameras installed right next to my locker and I rarely use my locker at all. I think they saw me using it for once and decided to search it.
I apoloigize for the long post but I don't want to confuse anyone and I had the whole day to come up with many possibilities.

They have been doing it. I remember being in the lunch line when a skateboarder was talking about he got searched, but he knew upfront that they were searching him.

But he may have nothing to do with it. I need to do something like accidently have him overhear me talking about weed in my locker and see if it happens again.

You could also slip a thin bud or a couple seeds into his locker, then turn the shit around on him. Just don't attempt it until a month or so from now, possibly just before Summer.
