When a US State fully decriminalizes marijuana...

I highly doubt any US state will legalize it until Canada does. There's no doubt that the prohibition will end sometime in the future, since all things are temporary. The only question is how it will end. I bet legalization will come first to Western Europe, since many countries there are already moving in the right direction (Holland, Belgium, the UK, Switzerland, Portugal...). With those examples Canada will probably follow suit, and then it is only a matter of time before Americans find out that legalization isn't really that bad an idea.

so say a bunch of people were still serving long sentences for a marijuana related crime when it got legalized, what would happen to them? Oh our bad it turns out you didnt deserve that after all, here have an air freshener on us:)

Well, what happened to all the boot-leggers who were in jail when alcohol prohibition ended?

I guess the only ones that don't want marijuana legalized is the drug dealers that are making money off of y'all and all these M.O.M scammers
