When a US State fully decriminalizes marijuana...
Will you move there, visit there, or just wait for your state to legalize? I'd at least visit, and just camp out if I had to. This may be a reason why some states would not want to legalize, because they would get flooded with camping potsmokers. But then this would also be a major source of income for the state, especially if the state grew and sold the marijuana.
