How to get to sleep?

I normally focus on interesting unanswerable questions like "what does a one handed clap sound like", or I feel different parts of my body. It's very difficult to focus hard enough to feel parts of the body on demand. I then focus on feeling my environment around me with out looking at it. I go from the things on the floor with me...then I move on to things on the walls....things in the drawers.....etc... then finally I focus on thinking about breathing in and breathing out, when my mind starts to wonder I just snap back into in...out....once Im in a euphoric state then I slip into bed and go to sleep. It takes a long time to master but when you do, it's well worth it, it's like a high all by it's self.

then imagine a fourth sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a fifth sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a sixth sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a ninth sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a tenth sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a eleventh sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a twelvth sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a thirteenth sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a fourtheent sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a fifteenth sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a seventeenth sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a eighteenth sheep jumping over a fence

then imagine a ninteenth sheep jumping over a fence



then imagine the twentieth sheep that just jump but cant get over the fence, so he knocks his head by the fence and dies

I was thinking about sleeping pills but i dont want to be well drowsy in the mornings....i have to be able to concentrate.

That's why you balance it out with pep pills, and the become dependant on them to sleep and wake up lol :p
