    How to get to sleep?

    does anyone have any techniques for getting to sleep easier?

    like breathing techniques or....I dont know.....anything really lol

    I smoke before bed everynight and this doesn't help anymore....which i think might be because I have been smoking in the day alot recently, which has built my tolerance up...

    if I dont smoke in the day the "bedtime" spliff usually knocks me out for the night....but at the moment i'm finding it very hard to avoid smoking in the day...

    Any Ideas anyone?

    Well, when I was little, my Mother told me to listen to the TV.

    Something that knocks me out now is a lot of beer and/or liquor.

    Forget everything, you need a clear head to fall asleep, but then you have to think about not thinking, and clearing your mind.
    The harder you try to fall asleep, the longer it will take to achieve it.
    There isn't really anything you can do, other than buying some sleeping pills. hope i helped!

    that shit about not smoking until you go to bed does help a lot. I've found that if I wait until night fall to smoke I go out real quick. Ive also found that if I smoke at all during the day I have to smoke again in like a couple of hours, cuz once I smoke in tha day time my will power for holding off smoking is shot. But I have no problem if I get in tha habit of waiting til night fall. Plus you get a hell of a lot higher and youre conserving your weed...which always rocks. After tha first day of waiting til night fall to smoke, youll find your will power for the next day is a lot stronger, and its not such a big fight in your brain.."should I? no ill wait...but damnit i wanna get high" just think to yourself if i wait til night fall ill get higher than high....blah blah blah..thats enough I know....peace

    Sing "jingle bells"...I don't know, half the time in bed I end up singing that in my head. That or thinking of shit I need to do. Or listening to someone breathe.

    Haha! When I was little my mother had to tape quarters to my face to cover my eyes. She said I'd go right to sleep. Now, I stay awake all night and fall asleep in the early evening or so. So I guess I don't have a sleeping problem...just a whack-ass schedule.

    Alcohol interferes with your REM periods...so I won't get a good nights sleep....and i dont really want to resort to alcohol to sleep....that would involve me drinking till I pass out everynight...lol....not a good idea...

    thats true.....and what I have been doing but now I go round to my mates after college and they smoke alot so there is always a spliff bring passed round....

    I dont have C-Span lol whatever that is....LOL


    Maybe I should quit weeed for a little while?...Then I could save some money, lower my tolerance....but I wont slepp very well....ill smoke more ciggies....wont be able to get stoned...
