if not legalization, then decriminalization.
if it was legalized and taxed, our country would have SO much money to fight wars and shit with.
So true, so true. But then the cops would have to get off of lurking on message boards like this and chase REALLY bad guys with guns, not nugs....lolQuote:

....but like Scarlett said, it would probably go towards blowing people up. :(
I disagree. With the relative ease that it can be grown, and th elegal aspect no longer a deterant from growing, I don't think that much if any weed will go through any kind of government controlled sales process. Unless of coarse, they could deliver a significantly superier product. I don't see that happening.Quote:

i think a company with money to spend like malboro would be able to fork out the money needed n i believe they could deliver a product that would be eaquel to our hydro
That doesn't matter, they spend sooooo much on the drug war that simply stopping it would save billions.Quote:

No, because everyone would start toking up and realise there's no point in fighting all the time  !Quote:

You're right that they COULD produce such a product. But it would greatly harm their profits from cigarettes, and that's a product that nobody can grow on their own at home. So the big tobacco companies have a monopoly on it.Quote:

It's going to take a HUGE leap of faith by politicians to lower it from a schedule 1 drug to a much lower rating before we can expect any changes in the laws. That's why joining groups such as NORML is so important. You don't think alcohol was made legal after prohibition because people stayed in the closet and kept in the dark. It took money.....in the hands of the government, in the pockets of politicians, and especially in the pockets of huge corporate big-wigs before it was re-legalized. And that drug is infinitely more harmful than any cannabis product ever used. Money, money, money....
