For as long as I've known him he has stole and he especially loves to steal with incredible risk. He's not too bright, as you said.

Yeah, I know. The worst part about the whole thing is that I told him a cop was watching him AND I even asked him if he stole something and he lied to me. He could have fucked me for sure because of his incompetence. When he gets back to this plane of existence I'm gonna beat the shit out of him. Or yell at him. Whatever.
