What weapons can one carry legally?
People are posting some funny stuff here...I'm in the computer lab of my university's library, and its almost 2:30am (its open 24 hours), and i already let out audible bursts of laughter, so people think im really weird. Especially this girl typing on the computer next to me. Dammit, I ruined my chances--she was hot too. Anyway, I'm supposed to be finishing a paper, but i get distracted by this site. I probably should have done this paper 2 and a half months ago when it was first assigned, but I'm lazy. ...Well, no, I guess I'm just a procrastinator and its not a topic that motivates me. Wow, all of this is really random and unnecessary...I WANT TO SLEEP!!!

If your gonna go the "incapacitation" route, get a telescopic stun baton. If there are hobos bothering you, round up some friends, grab some blunt objects, and go scare them away. Bums are nothing to afraid of for thee most part, any weapons they might have had would have been sold for gay sex and booze.

Yeah. I usually just get abunch of my friends and we regularly raid bum hangouts and kick all of their asses.
Cuz I mean it's not like most of them are handicapped, lazy, outcasted, lonely, and without friends or relatives.
