A lot of the magic potions have pills to take with them. Usually these pills contain creatine. We have suggested many times that you start taking creatine about 2 days before your urine test. The magic potion people say to take these pills the day of your test. Your body takes time to manufacture creatinine from the creatine, so its ineffective to take it 4 hours before.
i am starting my practice dilution now! just drank my 2 glasses of water and will be following the instructions to a tee. i will post my results later tonight when i test myself! i havnt smoked since sunday so this should be a breeze. ;)

well today is the day. Just popped 4 aspirin...going to start the dilution process in a couple hours
WOW! i just finished my ~48th oz of water and im already testing negative! And the line is appearing darker as well. This is amazing! I am going to continue dilluting on a daily basis for another week :)
i'm glad you are testing negative, but there is no reason to dilute all week... it won't rid your body of any more thc than if you just diluted on test day.
also when you dilute, you make the creatinine and specific gravity diluted too, so make sure you load up on both before you test!
