CONGRATS to MI and MA!!

im in North carolina we have amazing pot but terrible prices :( i think my state is towards the bottom near Texas when it comes to legalization :mad: even though every one smokes here under the age of 30 and i mean every one we still have closed narrow minds controlling our laws come on obama do something!! :hippy:

I know down here in florida my buddy is doin a year for gettin caught with a bag. I mean a bag less than 20, I dont care if it is the 9th time he's got caught it aint right.I had another buddy get 11/29 for sellin 2-0s to an undercover then he got out 3 mounths later gets hit by a car and killed. wtf. they took away a year of a 21year olds life over 2 fckn 0s . wtf. He was ridein his street bike goin to get somethin happend right in front of me. Like they couldnt have gave him probation or somethin? just so ya know he was never offerd anythingelese besides the 11/29 for sellin to a snitch.
I know this shit ain't right. been smokin my whole life and it's never hurt anybody.

Dont get discourged if it dosent pass. In Michigan MMJ was on the ballot in 2006 and it didnt pass. But we didnt give up and in 2008 we got it back on the ballot and passed it this time.

I helped get signatures to get it on the ballot this year, and when it passed i felt so great. Putting the effort into something you beleive in gets the best payoff ever.

Keep the pressure on, kids- we can't afford to be complacent. If you want to see it legalized in this lifetime, please cut and paste the "Effective Arguments for Advocates of Taxing and Regulating Marijuana" from the MPP Homepage website and forward it to every government official you know. The arguments are well-reasoned and quite persuasive.

Yeah...it pass fairly convincingly...like 70% approved the ballot question.
