Pennsylvania isn't even a state. Its a commonwealth so the residents there won't vote on it the govenor will.

true, but MPP was kinda like the national coordinator, creating media word, donating HUGE amount of money for campaign from out of state

anyways, its proven that it works and not even marginally, BY FAR!!!! I'm actually more happy about these 2 bills getting a yes than I am about Obama's election.

I'm quite certain these 2 measures were and are crucial to the fate of the current 2 pro-marijuana house bills. I'm crossing my fingers tighter now:thumbsup:
