Ive had a complete out of body astral projection once, it was quite fascinating and somewhat overwhelming yet peaceful at the same time. Ony thing is it was with the aid of some unmentionable substances. I became detached from my body and at one point was observing myslef having a conversation with a friend from across the room. He would say something to me I would hear it from where I was then a second later it would kinda repeat louder in my head, as if my soul or whatever was processing it moments after my body recieved it. I would then think a response and watch my body wich was like 10 feet out in front of me deliver the response thought that had just ran through my head where I was... It was fuckin unreal, and I've been told I was lucky I was able to come back.
I have a couple books on astral projection, one completely about it the other is more about the capabilities of the mind and touches on it, but admittedly I have never gotten too far into either book. Perhaps when I get more time though I will read them in entirety.

I have no idea what you guys are talking about. I dont want to say that I dont dream, but I think I dont remember my dreams I think from all the smoking. Last dream I remember was like 9 yrs. ago. I think it was my wedding and I was at a long banquet table toasting to the good life and partying with all my cousins for some reason. I luved it!

I sometimes have what I call "onion dreams." I dream that I am waking up, only to realize that I'm still asleep. Sometimes it happens many times before I actually wake up (onion layers). Even then, I sometime don't believe that I am awake. It can be very stressful.

I have had a few lucid dreams, less than 10. though when i smoke weed i cannot remember my dreams very well and definately cant lucid dream. Which is quite upsetting. Lucid dreaming is actually my number 1 positive of taking a break from smoking weed.
I dont believe in actual astral projection and i believe there is big debate on that topic. It is interesting though. I have had some truly insane lucid dreams, it is worth looking into.

chong
when i was in school and my mum would wake me up i always fell back to sleep and not realise and in the dream i would get up feeling really tired then force my self to get ready for school and everytime i was about to leave the door i would wake up and get really annoyed because i was still laying in bed lol.
I have had a coupple lucid dreamd, it happened mainly when i was reading about it n such. i suppose because it was on my mind so once something seemd out of place in a dream i was like ohhh yepp i never had a pair o these before...and then stat making things happen :D
right now i love going to sleep because ive been having really long dreams and because im not working when i wake up i have time to thnk about them and remember them ully :D
Last week i had the same dream 4 times...i would go into one of my old classes at school but it would be called dream analysis...once in there a boy from my school would say that hes had the same dream 3 nights in a row o 3 birds, then the teacher would put a picture of 3 birds up on the board. Every time i had it i knew i was dreaming and that it was the same dream but it was like my brain was switched of and i just went along with it as i i was in a ilm. very weird lol
yeah thats another thing that happens to me allot, ill be dreaming, realise im in a dream but then not try and change anything, then when i wake up im like ffs wish i had made that dream more fun!
o yeah something i read that worked for me when i was trying to lucid dream was drawing a big letter or number on my hand in the morning and going to sleep with it that night...apparently because you subconsciously take notice of the letter or number on your hand all day once dreaming when your brain notices the letter or number is not there it knows that it cant be real, you realise your dreaming.
i love the subconscious mind!
