we can smoke shit, we just just cant buy it....legal shit....but if a cop takes it and asks who bought it for you, they can give a ticket to them if they feel like it. But if he tries to take your cig its not against the law, so just be like, fuck off, but nicely and he couldnt do shit. unless he was a real ass.....cops here always start shit out of nothing. they are true fuckers.

Wow... well, the state of wisconsin is pretty strict about underage smoking. You can get a ticket here for simply possessing them if you're under 18... kinda fucked up but that's our law here. I am 17 and do smoke cigarettes... and most of the cops don't care... but i do know of a few people that have gotten tickets for being underage and possessing tobacco.
lol there is smoking "tickets" here. If you are under 18 and are smokin cigz and the cops catch you and know you are not 18 you get a $200 ticket. It's fucked up. I've never had one but some of my friends have gotton them.

nothing is legal when ur under 18, besides driving...but u still gotta wait till ur 16 to do that...but ur supposed to just smoke n not even care if its legal...quit being paranoid or u juss gonna end up quitting
No, it's not that. I would have respect for even people that do harder drugs, not that I would recommend doing harder drugs. I mean, I don't understand why would someone would want to smoke tabacco, the number one cause of death in America. Smoking tabacco leads you to living a low quality life, in my opinion.Quote:
