I, like most people, keep forgetting how bad sugary sodas can be on your weight. It's easy to over-look because you think you're just drinking and not eating.
I started cutting pop out of my diet a little while back when I was getting heavier, that for me was around 170, I hadn't been that heavy since high school and it did help. The best when I do have pop now after not really having it included in my diet is I get a crazy sugar rush and I'm hyper for a while :D
I also work out MWF for 2 hours at the gym weights and cardio and usually I'll go swimming on the off days for some extra work
